Liquid Applied Membranes (LAM)

Liquid-applied membrane (LAM) is a monolithic, fully-bonded, liquid-based coating suitable for many waterproofing and roofing applications. The coating cures to form a elastomeric barrier, which acts as a waterproof membrane and may be applied over different substrates, including asphalt, bitumen, metal and concrete. These coatings can be brush applied or spray applied.
